Good knives, but returns are tricky

My Couteau Kiritsuke arrived last week, and the knife itself is fantastic, really sharp as always. I've bought from Shan Zu before, and their quality is consistently good. However, I had to return a Protège-lame that I accidentally ordered a second of, and their return policy felt a bit more complicated than it needed to be. Not as straightforward as some other brands like Zwilling or Global.

I received my Couteau Nakiri quickly, it took about 5 days to reach Denver. The blade is very sharp and the handle feels comfortable. I've used it several times for meal prep and it performs great. No issues with the product or the ordering process. It's a good quality knife for kitchen use.

I bought the Couteau Chef Damas and it came pretty fast, like 4 days to get to me in Arizona. The knife is really sharp and feels good in the hand. I'm happy with the purchase.

Decent knife, slower delivery

I ordered a Couteau Santoku. The knife itself is well-made and very sharp, handles well for dicing veggies. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 7 business days, which felt a bit slow. The customer service answered my email about the delay within a day though, which was good. Overall, a solid product for the price, just be aware delivery might not be super quick.
